By the end of June, the authority had successfully transitioned electronic claims processing for Level 4 public hospitals onto the unified Taifa Care health management platform. Healthcare facilities must complete system integration to handle core operational workflows, including:

Electronic Claims Processing: Direct digital claims submission to streamline facility reimbursements.

Technical Support and Regulatory Compliance
The Ministry of Health confirmed that the platform is designed to bridge healthcare delivery and insurance financing through a single interoperable network. Facilities encountering integration hurdles or system configuration challenges have been advised to request technical assistance from the Digital Health Agency.
Although the Social Health Authority did not disclose specific penalties for facilities missing the extended 30 September deadline, system compliance remains closely linked to claims processing and provider contracting.
