Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – MSM and TG Programme (Johannesburg, South Africa)

  • Role Overview: Sitting within a Global Fund TB and HIV grant dedicated to men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender (TG) populations, the Anova Health M&E Officer leads the implementation of MERL activities. Responsibilities include data quality assurance (DQA), monthly on-site data verification, training clinical teams on web-based M&E platforms, managing data capturers, and ensuring national health databases remain audit-ready.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development, Health, Public Health, or a related field (formal M&E qualification preferred).

    • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project monitoring and evaluation within health or development programs.
