Positions are structured across the Consolidated Medical Salary Structure (CONMESS) and Consolidated Health Salary Structure (CONHESS):

• Consultants (13 Specialties): CONMESS 5 (Special Grade I)

• Resident Doctors (12 Specialties) & Medical Officers: CONMESS 2

• Pharmacists, SNOs, MLS, Radiographers, Physiotherapists, Optometrists: CONHESS 9

• Nurse Tutors, Nursing Officers II, System Analysts, Environmental Officers: CONHESS 7

• Staff Nurses, Pharmacy / Lab / Biomedical Technicians: CONHESS 6

Key Eligibility Requirements

• Doctors & Dentists: MBBS/BDS, full MDCN registration, valid practicing licence, and NYSC certificate. (Resident doctors require Primary Fellowship; Consultants require full Postgraduate Fellowship).

• Nurses & Pharmacists: Relevant degree (B.Pharm, B.N.Sc), registration with NMCN or PCN, completed 1-year internship, and NYSC clearance.

• Allied Health & Technicians: Corresponding degree or diploma, valid registration with respective professional councils (MLSCN, RRBN, etc.), completed internship, and NYSC discharge/exemption.
